SUGGESTION: Rebuild Expired Passive Cooler
SUGGESTION: Mod should (or perhaps grant optional choice) to automatically rebuild an expired Passive Cooler.

I think same concept might apply to things like Torches and Campfires but I am not sure, and those things are refuelable anyway, so I've never noticed. Passive Cooler, however, is not refuelable.
