Doedicurus Saddle Not Fully Upgradable?
Not reporting this as a bug yet, just looking for info from other mod users right now. If it turns out it is some kind of issue I'll add it to the bug report thread then.

Just wondering if anybody else has had any issues fully upgrading a doed saddle, at all? With all the creature saddles in the game so far I have been able, after repeated crafts and augments, to raise their armor value above 300. All except one: the doed.

For some reason, no matter what I do, I cannot get the doed saddle to raise any higher than 187.5 armor. It seems capped at that, and refuses to go higher no matter whether I augment the saddle or just upgrade it multiple times to get a level skip.

Has anyone else experienced this at all?

You're wrong and right. It's right the limit for the doedi saddle is something like 188, you're wrong it's just the doedi. You just need to think about comon pvp dinos. doedi, turtle, paracer, quetzal, ... My best guess - a restriction by wc.

It can't be a WC restriction, because there are no other saddles which are restricted in this way. None of the other dinos which are used in PvP are cut like this. And besides, the limit on saddle strength was only applied to official servers, not to unofficial like mine.

It seems to be dinos that have innate DR, plus a few platform saddle dinos. Off the top of my head, I know that both the quetzal and the carbo saddles also max at 188.

I see that this is an old thread, but I am also experiencing the same "problem" with bronto saddle atm.. Other saddles we upgraded this far has capped at 325, while the brontos capped at 140(!).. I hope its not a bug :/ maybe it is what Kaedys said about innate DR.
