So, I put salvagemultiplier to to 2.0 for a particularly expensive saddle and when creating a blueprint for it, I got exactly the same return as before at 1.0. I know this says "salvage" but I'm certain previously I was able to increase the return of BP creation items, and I'm pretty sure it was this multiplier.
Is there some other way to increase the return from creating BP's?

Edit: The issue might just be Extinction Core items? It's an EC saddle. I also changed the upgrade multipliers to check those, and the costs stayed the same for the EC saddle. (No, I'm not changing it with the game open, I've changed the .ini files many times.)
