Subscribe to the items and then when you launch the game choose the play editor and mod loader. The game editor has tabs at the top all the way to the right there is a 'workshop' tab. Which will display all the workshop items you're subscribed to.

You can cntrl+click multiple mods to play more then one at once. Keep in mind they might not work correctly when combining them it could tangle scripts or mess things up like this. So not all combos work correctly.
