  2. The reincarnation space dragon will be more inclined to be exclusive.

Reincarnation Sacred Rights' default galaxy is not compatible with the "1st Liberation Manual: The Empire in Fallen" mod. Switch the galaxy to "Lost Dragon Court" (Dragon Empire) or "Lost Black Hole Gate" (High Council) to resolve this.
Now fully compatible with the Warship Girls R mod; play "Fantasy Star Group" or "Deep Sea Fleet" for a comprehensive experience :) (place this mod after Warship Girls R in the load order).

Possibly incompatible with the following mods (report for compatibility adjustments):

  1. Mods that modify or replace certain buildings of the Fallen Empire; (Incompatibility: Very High)
  2. Mods that modify the top-level planetary capitals; (Incompatibility: Low)
  3. Mods that modify default country behavior (country_type); (Incompatibility: Low) (affecting whether AI will build new ships)


Overview of the Mod:

  1. The new nations have been significantly enhanced. This is an imbalanced mod. If the player does not play as the Reincarnation Empire, the AI will control it.
  2. Players can choose whether to retain the AI Reincarnation at the start of the game. Unless you want a self-challenge (or have activated other player difficulty mods), it's best not to retain the AI Reincarnation Empire (it is stronger than the highest game difficulty, and unless you quickly eliminate it at the start, you will need multiple strategic maneuvers to have a chance to win, if there is a chance at all).
  3. When used in conjunction with other mods that increase game difficulty, it will enhance gameplay to varying degrees.
  4. When selecting the Reincarnation Empire, players can freely change the race's appearance.

All the new race appearances added by this mod are images from the internet, and their quality is not guaranteed.
In terms of government, the two new empires are:
Dragon Empire: Extremely idealistic - authoritarian - monarch
High Council: Extremely materialistic - xenophobic - technological
