Idea 2:
On hit: specific player can not damage you for 8 seconds
-99% damage penalty
-30% damage penalty
+25% damage vulnurability while held
makes it so you can reach places normally you couldn't, allowing for pyro to take more flanky routes and ambush enemies from behind
While weapon is active:
On critical hit: Forces enemy to switch to melee
On critical hit against enemy Pyro: Primary weapon will become Rainblower, and deal half the damage. This will last for 10 seconds (this will also force enemy Pyro to switch to Pyroland vision. it lasts 10 seconds to prevent massive fps loss.)
+15% increased movement speed
-25% damage
+15% damage vulnerability
Make changes if you'd like, these are just some stats I thought would be a bit balanced.
On hit: The enemy goes into pyroland.
