Alright everyone, here is the newest update to Napoleonic World. I hope you enjoy!

Fixes:
- Fixed Mongolia (is now Qing)
- Fixed Haiti (Now Spanish)
- Changed Vietnam to Nguyen Dynasty
- Annex Tannu Tuva to Qing
- Removed Spanish and American Ideas

Changes and Additions:
- All puppets are changed to a shade of the Mother Country's color
- Added website button, try it out!
- removed Motorized, Airplanes, and tanks for most countries (right now there is nothing in their place, but at some point I want to add cav tech and stuff)
- Added New Spain!
