Well, yes, that is true. This one makes the Nova look like it's actually made of magma and stone, though. It seems like that rather crosses the line of suspension of belief. Primal Carnage isn't exactly *realistic*, per se, but it's very much sci-fi rather than fantasy; it does try stick with physically feasible, if not probable, rules of physics and biology.
This skin is *absolutely fantastic* in terms of design detail, and visual appeal in my opinion, and if there's a disclaimer that it is, in fact, the Novaraptor's skin, and that underneath it is flesh and bone like any other, I'd be all for it being a Legendary. Absent that, though, I think this skin would take the raptor too far to the ledge of fantasy.
That said, I suppose I can't really speak much. I voted for a skin based on an old horse figurine, after all.
