Console comes up every time the medicine cabinet tries to heal somebody if medicine cabinet aid level is set to 0. And also half the time prisoners get stuck in medical beds because the cabinet heals them in an infirmary and the docter no longer needs to heal them, so they get stuck on the bed and you have to remove the bed to fix it.
