Is there any chance to implement feces conversion feature?
Like converting feces between the different sizes lets say 2:1 ratio... eg: 1 med feces can be splitted to 2 small and vica versa

reason: somehow it is strange for me that the size of the feces does not matter for the fertilizer creation, plus this could also help the "poop" logistics :)

Actually, the size of the poop does matter for this mod. =D Larger poops produce more fertilizer when converted. So, for example, each poop takes about 25 minutes to convert at the default settings. In that time, a Small Poop would give 1 fertilizer, and a Large Poop would give 3 fertilizer -- so it rewards you for using larger poops.

I considered adding the conversions between poop sizes, but I didn't want users to feel like they needed to micro-manage the poop sizes for maximum effect. I wanted users to be able to set the speed of the bin to their liking, and then just dump everything in and come back later to collect a bunch of fertilizer.

Does that make any sense? =P

Absolutely :)
I've just missed this info from the textual description (however now I see it is on the blue screenshot).

ps: I'm just using another mod (structures +), which introduced the 1 Large Poop + 2 Medium Poop + 3 Small Poop -> 1 Sulfur recipe what constantly makes me wishing for poop conversion, so I felt I could hit 2 flies with a single stroke. But since you already solved the poop loogic on your side neatly, I will walk over the S+ guy to give a solution on his recipe :)

Ahhhh, gotcha =) Yeah, Orionsun is pretty cool -- he might work that in. If nothing else, I know poop conversion will be part of one of my upcoming mods.

I talked with Glog (the Zoology guy) about the poops, and he was likely just reorganizing his poops so that I could make them work in this bin. =) I'll check it out tonight and see if I can push an update.

What kind of compatibility are you looking for? Is there something you'd like my compost bin to be able to do?

Normally the s+ farmer takes the fertilizer automatically from the compost bin, but not from yours, because maybe its not seen as one compost bin.

Gotcha.

It's definitely a compost bin. Orionsun likely has S+ setup to pull from S+ Compost Bins and vanilla compost bins -- but not every compost bin varient on the server. I'll ask him about that and see what we can do. =)

Huzzah, it looks like I can fix it on my end. I'll add this to my to-do list for my next update.

Hi. Nice mod, but one Problem with S+ Mod. In S+ you can pull ressources for crafting from Storage Boxes. But the compost bin is also a Storage Box, so S+ pulls the thatch out of the bin. So you need to Rename the bin in * so that S+ doesn't pull ressources out of the bin.

So it would be nice to be able to rename the Compost Bin.

Sorry for my bad english :-)
