This map is beautiful, if your computer can run it, I have run into the issue where if I attempt to load this map I will have 3 FPS and nothing renders in properly, it always half renders and sits like that, while I can load any other map just fine, 40FPS on altis, stratis, Tanoa, Cherno, 30FPS on Australia which is a 20x20 but always 3 FPS with nothing rendering in fully on this map. Is there any way to fix this issue?

I thnk the only way is upgrading your hardware buddy. Altis is more than 60 on my end and taunus is of course hardware demanding.
