Mod not working, error in debug console

Mod does not work , I am sending a screenshot of the error from the console according to the instructions on the github

This error suggests to me that the workshop download was incomplete. Try replacing the files with the ones from Github: https://github.com/wofsauge/External-Item-Descriptions/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
