Suggestion for streamers
Hey, I recently started streaming to some friend, including some Binding of Isaac, but the thing is, they don't know much about the game and are really often confused by what the item does, but i don't want to spend 5 second staring at each item i see for them to know what it does.
I had the idea of adding an option to the mod that, if toggled on, let the description of the item you took stay on screen for a few more seconds, so that unexperienced viewers can have the time to read a most of the text of the item description.

you can already see the description of the last picked up item, if you hold the "map" button and have the "item reminder" config option enabled (its already enabled on default).

For streams, an external display of picked up items would maybe be better. There are some tools for that already.
