Can there be an option to always show item IDs?

I ask because I found a mod item that makes you guess whether the item you reroll has a higher or lower ID than the item it rerolls into, and I'd like to make more informed decisions

There is already an option to show the item id of the currently displayed item. Just enable the config option MCM -> EID -> Visuals -> Display ID
