EID does not appear in Mod Config Menu

I tryied reistalling both mods, deleting both mods save data in TBOI\data folder

if it doesnt appear in the mod config menu, it encountered errors while loading. Please first use this interactive FAQ to find out propable causes for wrong mod installations: https://wofsauge.github.io/IsaacDocs/rep/faq/interactive_FAQ.html
