Just gonna drop this here and hope it helps someone.

If anyone is having an issue where the EID mod bag of crafting recipes results differ from the game's recipes results, it's most likely that a mod or multiple mods are messing up the game's recipe calculation.

I did a process of elimination through my list of mods to find out that "Internal item description" mod was messing with the game's recipe calculation, so I encourage everyone with this same issue to do the same, and also check EVERY mod you have - even the cosmetic ones because they could be the culprits too.

I did the testing on the seed VP1RJKZX and spawned 4 soul hearts, 1 nickel, 1 dime and 2 bombs, which is a recipe for C-Section. If you do the same testing like I did, getting any item other than C-Section with these pickups and on that seed means that you have a mod enabled that's messing with the game's recipe calculation.
