This will probably not make into a game in this form, because it reaches the neck, due to the clipping issues.

Just like the original idea for the Teplo syandana, which was a scarf, all around the neck.
Or the Nsaru syandana, which originally was on the shoulder.

TBH I'm fine with clipping issue (those other people tho, won't agree with me), a syandanna that reaches the neck is really hit my fashion spot, it's just sad that DE hasn't break off the limiter on the neck and shoulder fashion anymore..

But what's the point in a syandana that looks as intended on just a small part of the frames? I really like the bulky frames, like Frost or Chroma. On them a syandana, what has been optimized for the normal looking frames like Excal, would look horrible. The half of the syandana would be hidden in their back (because of the clipping, just like with the Uru syandana, it looks fine on the thinner warframes, but on the bigger ones it looses that collar thing because it's in the back of the warframe like on Rhino). And there are many people who are not fine with clipping issues, I'm not fine with them either, and they will not pay for a syandana, that they can't use on their favourite frame.

It could be a solution, if the creator agrees, that they would adjust it for every single warframe in the game, incuding the upcoming ones and the existing/upcoming deluxe skins. ... Well... it would be an interesting thing to see.

It's a whole different story with auxilary cosmetics. If DE would let people do them, just like the helmets or syandanas, then scarfs could be a thing (like Morhos Binds for Necros or Valkyr's bonds/Chordalla Prime or the scarf of excal umbra).
