The grass jitters around alot instead of blowing in the wind. How do I fix that?

it'd be cool if the colors changed according to real time, i mean night wallpaper at night in real world (it's better for the eyes too) do you think it's possible to make this as an option?

Set the speed to default and allow Wallpaper Engine to render in 60 FPS.

Maybe it would be possible to do so in a Scene based wallpaper or Web based one, right now I don't have any intention to do so, sorry.
