Recruited and Rescued Alien Pawns disappear after saving.
Test case was Astorial but I've had this happen with a number of recruited and rescued allies just not work properly. Now they'll run around on the map normally while the game is up, but the moment I save it and close, the pawn and everything they were wearing just voips out of existence, the only thing that remains is a named sleeping spot for a while until the next save which clears that.

When hovered over with the cursor in debug mode the following error comes up (repeatedly):

Root level exception in OnGUI(): System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

What's odd is when I go into the bio of the pawn, it clearly says Female, so I'm not sure where this variable is reading and why it's separate from the bio's.

Okay, followup (these things always happen after I do a half-hour to an hour more of digging -.-)

I tracked down the conflict to Garam, I'll fire a link over to those guys to this, not sure which side of this fence owns this bug, though I'm leaning towards Garam given that it's still a fairly untested mod.

I've had the same issue but didn't know what was starting it. Thanks for the heads up
