Weapon deals more damage you deal damage to a enemy
-30% damage penalty
20% less accurate
*As you deal continus damage to a single target, damage increases by 5% per hit ex. First hit - 20, second hit -24, third hit - 27 ect.*
Pros:
+15% Damage
-25% Spin up Time
+10% movement speed while spun up
Cons:
-25% Ammo (150 max ammo)
10% more damage taken while spun up
I think this style of combat would favor a more aggressive/stealthy Hoovy. Much like a Tiger, It works if they arent aware of where you are, and and if youg et the drop on them, they'll be dead really quick. However, if they are out in the open, they are alot more vulnerable.
faster movement speed-as fast as Sniper
-33% clip size ( 200 instead of 300 )
+ Damage
+ Accuracy
- Fire Speed
- Movement Speed
>can't spin up, alt attack triggers charge
>-15% healing from Medics and Dispensers
+XX% movement speed
-YY% spinup time
-XX% dmg
One could add more things, but let's not overdo it with special effects. Maybe a Rage bar that increases movement speed while not spinning depending on the damage that has been dealt lately, decreasing quickly while not dealing damage.
