maybe granted invisibility and no sound while reved up, invisibility fades when shooting

How about giving the heavy something that makes him fun to play, and even useful for the team?



pros:
+On hit: 5 % chance for the enemy to get marked for death for 5 seconds (would increase with dmg to a maximum of 15%)
+Bonus healing from healers is increased by 25%
+15% dmg resistance when spun up
+When spun up, nearby teammates get 10% of the healing you get (no overheal for them)

cons:
-40% max ammo
-you are marked for death while carrying but not spun up
-40% healing from medpacks etc.
-Will always do minicrit instead of crits
-No random crits
-10% less accurate

+Silent Killer (No barrel spin sound)
-Spin-up time

Cons:
- Ammo
- Damage
- Firing Speed

Extra:
Shoots a net which slows enemies in an area

This looks like a flak gun, Should have minicrits when an enemy is in the air.

+30% spin up speed
Gains temporary speed boost when deploying

Cons:
-75% damage against buildings
-40% holster speed
Player is marked for death while spun up

Pros:
+100% Accuracy while crouching
+80% Damage
+Silent Killer: No barrel spin sound (Barrel switches after every shot)
+30% Spin-up time

Cons:
- 80% Firing Speed
- 30% accuracy while not crouching
- Receive more damage from fire sources by 20%

+10% Acuracy
+10% Fire-rate while crouching
+Silent Killer (Tomislav style revving, barrel only rotates while shooting.)


-50% Damage against buildings
-15% Damage against non-airborne enemies
-20% Damage resistance from explosives
-20% Slower Deploy/Holster speed


No Random Criticals (Gotta make it balanced, right?)
Lemme give this a spin. I'm used to doing stuff like this.
Since it looks like a tiger, I'll give it stats of what a tiger would have.
Pros:
+15% Damage output
+20% Firing speed
Cons:
-33% ammo
-10% accuracy
Minicrits instead of crits/No random critical hits.

(Optional: Replace -pro/con here- with "+15% damage to airborne/-15% damage to ground".)
