Like he said multiple times (And he's not alone, since it affect every artist for Warframe). You CAN model helmet, but the frame itself is restricted to texture only. For now, Deluxe Skin alone can remodel the body. (And you should really reconsider what is "minuscule" considering the amount of work needed to texture correctly something.)
