To clear up any confusion, here is what each ini is for.

bDisable= 1 to Disable Cloaking, 0 to Enable (Default is 0)

bCanCloakBeDamaged= 1 to make damage to Indom cause Damage to Cloak as well, 0 to Disable. (Default is 0) [PvP Balancer] *If it's on, cloaks can be shot down/chewed away/etc*

bInfiniteCloaking= 1 to let cloak last forever, 0 to make it drain over time. (0 is Default)

CloakCooldown= How many seconds before you can recloak.

CloakDamageMultiplier= How much to multiply Damage done to Cloak per Hit by if using bCanCloakBeDamaged. This is not a sneak attack multiplier.

AdditonalMatingRange= The more, the farther away these can mate.

XPForKill= How much exp these are worth when killed.

RandomMutationChance= Used with Breeding, self explanatory.

TamingFoodConsumeInterval= How often these should consume food while being tamed. More for more often, Less for less often.

RiderMaxSpeedMultiplier= Max Walking speed while rode.

RiderMaxRunSpeedMultiplier=Max Running Speed while rode.

MaxHealthMultiplier= This controls the Max health of both wild and tamed Dinos upon server reboot.

MeleeMultiplier= Controls how much damage this can dish out.

TorpidityMultiplier= Controls the max amount of torpor, allowing you to make it easier/harder to tame these.

ExtraMeleeMultiplier= Controls Tamed-Only Damage Output, the purpose was to allow further control over tamed-only.

TorpDrainMultiplier= How fast Torpor Drains, default is Negative 25 in the off chance it's hard to read.

HarvestMultiplier= How much Harvest Damage this does out of it's total Melee Damage. Default is 0.2 to offset wood harvesting issue.

HealthFoodMultiplier= How much food this dino eats while recovering health. Indirectly controls poop frequency during recovery.

HealthRegenMultiplier= Directly Controls Health Regeneration Rate, use with caution since it affects wild AND tamed Indoms.
