Also make sure you have all mods enabled. Perhaps use ETST too.
Which would be weird, I made sure no game changer mod was used on the asset, ETST or anything else.
Enable ETST, More Network Stuff and More Train Tracks (again those 3 were not used on the mod). If they fix the problem, well I'll be damned.
Aside that one others are not ultimately necessary for the station to function. I'd suggest at least temporarily sub fine road anarchy to make sure it's the culprit.
