I believe those are scrapped animations for the tranq-gun

I agree with Robo, the animations are still in the files and are named "Dart_Gun"

Those are scrapped reload animations for tranquilizer. They never removed those.

I just noticed this gun appears in the Expiration Date SFM video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLlLQ3LmZWU) Look at 12:59.
