Are you serious? We struggle enough as it is to get everything "finished" in time for a release.
It takes hundreds of man hours to produce content for the main US and Russian factions we're already working on. Nobody gets paid for it, so as adults (some of us with dependants) we need to dedicate much of our days to careers and education in order to survive wherever in the world we exist.
And while our team is a reasonably large one so far as Arma modding goes and members are constantly learning new things from each other; there are a few important aspects of development where literally only one or two people have the necessary knowledge and experience to perform certain tasks. So it would be literally impossible for them to do more work than they already do, with the available time they have.
Serbia is added as a faction in the mod because an existing team already making that content to a very high standard, joined with RHS and previously provided much of what was originally Serbian content, to flesh-out the GREF faction. Serbia's military also some degree of crossover with Russian and American equipment that was already in the mod, so can benefit from parallel development by other members of the team.
So why in our right minds would we attempt to take on making Australian, British (which I am myself), French, or whatever the ♥♥♥♥ national military people think of next. Unless again, there's a influx of new, highly talented people prepared to do the work.
From here on I'll be ignoring all sorts of requests and suggestions for new RHS content here on Steam, and my responses here only served to set out that requests and suggestions do not influence RHS development in the slightest so there is no point in users making them
Thank you for your clarification and time you put into your response.
Once again thank you and the rest of the RHS studio for your work.
It's an amazing set of mods the Arma community is privileged to have.
You weren't provocative in the slightest.
Even the bare knuckle fighters of england fear the australians punch mate.
No srlsly. Google the australian military instead of asking here, where no australian military is present. :P

Because Bohemia also said "our community is delivering high quality content and there are som really awesome people out there, lets give them something in return for helping us with our game." I highly appreciate this.
(Correct me please if i say something wrong here)
But still, it is a hell of work. You are aware, that RHS is working on this stuff for a very long time ... there are mods in arma 2 and i think 1 too, made by that group. Over a decade of experience.
And still - bulding a full faction would take years, just to get some usable models.
So "demanding" a full faction is almost like mugging. And yes, the question "please do faction XY" is kinda demanding.
Especially if the modders say no and the muggers start a discussion.
That is just because so many people do not care about others, they do not know how hard they work, what they do, what drives them. no they see something and go like "i want this from you! NOW!
