Dragon Arrow Changes 6/1 ?

Soooo... were they buffed, nerfed? cant find ANY info on it other than "Update: Jun 1 @ 2:03am
- Changes to Dragon Arrow damage/torpor."

you could always go and test them out?

they got a large increase in torpor and a small decrease in damage.
