Breeding issues?

I just got this mod tonight, I think its great so far!

But I finally got a pair of earth dragons, and built them a love cage, they went through all the motions, red hearts and all, but when they were done there was no egg :(

Are there any known issues with breeding? I was playing on the center map.

if her rump was very close to a wall then the egg spawned outside the building. had that problem myself and found the egg on the outside in the middle of my pack of wolves.
