Dragon Arrows

I eagerly learned the Engram for the Dragon Scale Arrows, but sadly the engram is not appearing in the Smithy. Any known fix for this?

Are you using a smithy from a mod (such as S+)? It seems to only work in the basic Ark smithy. Give that a try and see if it's visible.
