How to disable the retarded reinforcements in the middle of the squad ?

All in the title...

+Reinforcement signal work 1 game for 2, in my actual run in dont even saw where they are coming...

top left screen changes from yellow alert to red. Get mod from workshop that says something like 'Always show Flares'

Thx for that, but we cant just disable the fact they come IN the squad ? Its totaly unrealistic and borring....
