Haven Defense Mission Broken
I've noticed a major flaw in the implementation of one of the Resistance Haven Defense missions. It's the one where you have Advent re-enforcing every turn and have to wait for evac. The issue is I often get Advent's favored drop zone being in the same area or even directly on top of the evac zone, and I can't do anyting about it until there's too much advent on the ground as both are also often just far enough away I can't get enough of my own troops in position to detur Advent from using that drop zone.

This means I end up with an unreachable evac zone surrounded by an invincible Advent force by the time the evac arrives and no way to move it to an accessable location.

There are 2 major factors contributing to this issue:

1- The evac zone is usually a yellow move away from the squad. This means we have to choose between moving to the evac zone to defend it, or get some overwatches in.

2- Advent's ability to drop directly on top of our evac zone means they can just keep dropping more and more troops on the one place we HAVE to go faster then we can kill them, eventually overrunning it and making an evac completely impossible.

Either the drop rate of Advent reinforcements needs to be slowed a bit, or we need some way of keeping them away from our evac zone, at least for enough time for the mission to be even possible. I'd prefer one of the 2 options below.

1- There should be a limit to how close Advent drop zones can be to the evac zone.

2- Another possible solution would be to have the Evac zone be the same place our squad was dropped in, which would automatically detur Advent from dropping directly on top of our evac zone and block it off completely. We'd at least start out in a position where it's possible to defend it before it's completely overrun, while still being able to send out troops to sweep the area and pick up the civies.
