Some abilities on soldiers I'd prefer having on the weapons, freeing up a slot or two on the soldier in question for other abilities,

I've searched and Searched, and I really couldn't find a good answer for it

Where can I find where I need to alter the data to for instance add Squadsight on the Sniper Rifles, or Arcthrowerstun to the Arcthrower? and How do I add them
