The SE Crafter requires Metal Ingots to build...which is unlocked at level 20 via the forge. I cannot craft a boomerang at level 10 when it's unlocked due to not having access to sand..which you have to convert from flint in the SE Crafter. Are you seeing the problem here? In essence, you are restricting the crafting of the boomerang to level 20...why?

Change the SE Crafter requirement from 5 metal ingots to 5 metal (ore not ingots) and that will fix this issue since metal ore can be harvested from level 1 with a primitive stone pickaxe. Please update this so we don't have to manually spawn in an SE Crafter via cheat command just to craft a boomerang.

Other than this issue, I absolutely love this mod!
