Homeworld 2 Complex Commandline arguement fix.
For anyone who may need it, i found this line you can put into the commandline arguement before launching that, for some, will launch the game. Im not saying it'll work for everyone, but all computers I've tried it on thus far, this has solved the crash on startup problem.

Just test it out, failed.
Did both Complex 11.4.3 and Electron's together with -nopbuffer but failed
