You have to shoot 3 Black Ops 1 DS games. The steps can be done in any order and with a non-pack-a-punched gun.

#1: Spawn Location

In the spawn area, behind the couch.

#2: Under File Cabinet

Purchase the first door for 5000 points. Go all the way, in between Jugg and the next door, it is underneath a file cabinet.

#3: Corner Under Surgical Table

Buy the second and final door for 10,000 points. Look in the corner behind the curtains and under the surgical/operating table and the nearby window.
