Stat Boosts Not Working
The leaders are supposed to get increases to certain skills. In my game the ones I can tell they definitely don't get are a higher prisoner recruit rate (5% supposed increase, which should make the base recruitment at least higher than 1%) and the tame success rate (same as prisoner recruitment).
