I've been playing with a colony using this mod (as well as others). The Leadership mod seems like it is working fine at first glance, but I've had this game going for slightly over an in-game year. I have seven colonists -- two are children and five (including both children) are in the same family.

How long does it normally take for an election to begin?

Or do I have to choose when to have an election somehow? Because if so, I haven't noticed that option.
