You can actually get Droden tenants, although there's only a single type of tenant available at the moment. You'll need to place some Inactive Droden Frames in your tenant's home in order to get them to spawn. Do note that some objects are likely to attract other tenants, so don't place any tenant beacons (which call in Avikan or Trinkian guards) or such in the house.
