Basbron Fibers were introduced in the latest update only a few days ago! They are indeed farmable, so while they're a little scarce at first, you can farm as many as you want once you've got some seeds.

Basbron plants will spawn out in the wild on desert and savannah planets, but you can also purchase the seeds directly from some Avikan merchants. Any Avikan merchant selling food items/seeds should sell them, including the food merchant in the Starfarer's Refuge. That's likely your most reliable source for these new seeds!

I haven't been able to find any of these basbron seeds in the inventories of the merchants and whenever i break the plant it'll just give me ambrum seeds and not basbron seeds is this a glitch and if so will there be a patch for it? also another quick question will basbron fibers be used to make clothing in future updates?

Scratch that i've been able to find the seeds but i still need to know if the basbron will be used to make clothing for the avikan.
