How do reward boxes (Sealed Alliance Cache etc) determine their loot rarity?
Is loot rarity assigned when you get the cache, or when you open it? Does going to a higher tier planet or wearing higher tier armor affect what you can get? I love the Alliance weaponry but if the Aegi outposts only spawn on low tier worlds like rainforest I'd like to know how I can get better gear from their theme.

Reward boxes have a tier assigned to them, and the loot is affected by that in terms of firepower. As for the Aegi gear, settlements can spawn on higher tier planets too
