Is there anyway to have the ships speed and damage and other factors scale with the relative power of it's owner contemporary ships? These ships are a massive advantage in the early game. My friend and I are doing a play through and I pretty much have a cold war the the Bothans. Because they got the Kontos and now Fulgor. My friend and I have to dedicate time soley to waiting and building up standby Fractal fleets lol.

Ultimatley, my suggestion would be, in order to balance it, allow the hull of the ship to be researched so it can be utilized as a new ship design in the ship designer? That way they're not ridiculously fast and super OP early game because it would only use tech that empire actually has? Not sure how much that would effect the mod and how much you're open to that.

@[TWB] *Rich8 no not really these are global designs they cant progress with the owner, well let´s say that would require extensive coding and since i stopped modding Stellaris that won´t happen, i can change the years that the tech will show up so they are more in the late game if that is enough for the start.
