hello i wana heal scar but program say that i need 3 "better medicine" but i have it i have 22 on stock pile and my docotor have 17 heal skill .. and i cant do it

hi, make sure they're allowed to pick up the medicine and that the patients healthcare is set to the medicine you want to use, in this case being glitterworld medicine.

Couple bugs with alien race mods and RBSE...

- Aliens with bionics will no longer be able to eat Vegetable Garden foods, but are able to eat simple, fine and lavish vanilla meals. They pick up the VG foods, the bar completes, and the food is put back down on the ground and the process continues in a loop.

- Aliens with bionics are no longer able to be tended with medicine of any type. They can still be force healed with the Star Wars mod, but are unable to be healed with vanilla medicine.

The first point should not be possible, as RBSE does not changing eating in any way. Alien mods are notorious for not working with other mods, but it's possible that some other mod that deals with eating is interfering. I suggest trying to look for it. Go through your mod list one by one.

For the second point, that is probably due to a missing patch. Either try asking popular alien patch makers for a patch, or maybe the alien mod maker himself is willing to make one. Both RBSE and EPOE are popular bionics mods, so hopefully they will be.

Sorry to waste your time with that. I finally found someone else who was having the same issue, turned out that it was the mod "Where is my Weapon" that was causing it: https://old.reddit.com/r/RimWorld/comments/9pw1io/somethings_broken_mosty_likely_mod_related/

Deactivated that mod and used debug to confirm ability to heal bionic aliens. Sorry I didn't find that earlier when searching for a solution before bugging you. Your mod is the best!

Not sure if there was an update recently, but there's no option to install bionic arms, or advanced bionic arms. Archotech arms and mecha-tentacles work fine.

Sounds like a mod conflict. There are no "mecha-tentacles" in this mod.

Having an odd issue with Bionic BrainPal .... one pawn with a scarred brain had brain returned to 10/10 with one installed, another with identical injury is still at 3/10. I have no option to remove the part and reinstall. If I come across another BrainPal and install it, will I recover the currently installed one? Can I expect different results by doing so?

There is no item named brainpal in this mod. That must be another mod.

Love the mod! Small issue tho. I have a bionic jaw installed with a neural stimulator and for some reason my pawn has 0% in talking. Same thing for both his advanced bionic ears, his hearing is 0%. Any idea what i did wrong ;_;?
Edit: He can still eat just fine btw.

Hi Dootmaster. Yes, the neurostimulator will cause the colonist to lose his hearing and ability to speak. It's a brain implant for brain damaged colonists. Brain injuries can be cured with Luciferium, healer mech serum, or you can use the neurostimulator with the above-mentioned side effects.
