Possibility of Uclip SWEP toggle?

Would it be possible to combine Uclip admin and Uclip Non-Admin as it's own SWEP and make it an admin SWEP?
Basically while holding onto the SWEP you enter Uclip, to toggle to Uclip ADMIN you simply press RMB, to switch back to Uclip Non-admin you hit RMB.

I even have a perfect name for it "Uclip LITE Swep"
