- Leave the sewer. Just keep moving forward and you will find the way out.
After that, follow the marking on the minimap. Once in the search zone, find the yellow bus standing on a football field. Enter the bus on the roof and talk with Mort, the guy drinking coffe.

After talking with Mort, follow the marking untill you reach another search zone. Look for the hotel. It has a "Safe" sheet outside. Climb up and enter the room to find Johann.

The rest is spretty straightfoward. What might be good to notice here is that, during the parkour test, the best options to reach the highway is to either stand further down on the roof as close to the highway as possible and make a precise jump. Alternatively, get even further up on the roof, gain speed by either climbing or sliding, and then jump long to the other side.
