There are issues with some roads, as they seem to shift and glitch out. (Not a Map editor or maker)

Where are those roads? And what do you mean, are you not able to drive on them?

i am able to drive its just the yellow gllitches ontop eachother and below rapidly.

Wait, do you mean the enviroment roads or the road objects?

Hey i made a mobile base on top of a offroader then i went on top of it then left and i join back a few hours and then when i get off my my base then into my offroader i somehow glitch outside riding and when i try relog a few times to fix it i still not fix so when i relog one more time i cant enter my server since it said window not responding. oh yeah i was in a singlplayer server which was mine

There's nothing I can do to fix that, it's an ingame glitch

I think it may just me be but there seems to be a bug with Governer Tito's second page of text. It just says "#MESSAGE_0_PAGE_1" for me.

A glitch I seem to encounter with wildlife spawns, specifically the bear, is that they seem to spawn below the map. I've had multiple instances of having wildlife seemingly rising from the ground when spooked, and two instances of bears coming out of nowhere and absolutely mauling me. Looked through my mod files to be sure, and nothing in my mods seems to be causing this.

Otherwise, this is a phenominal map for your first go at it. I support it completely, and wanted to report this so that this and further maps may be improved. Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback. I doubt there is anything I can do to fix that, might be an ingame bug. I was playing the Hawaii map some time ago and there was deer spawning in midair and in water (I got screenshots of that too) so maybe the animals are just bugged.
