KEY HAS BEEN FOUND!
Alright i was just By the yellow side of the map on the top Pillar of the yellow side, and right next to Electric cherry On the ground, it is the Keycard But it was not There until i completed all the soul boxes and Obtained the GKZ MK.3

If anyone is able to do some testing to see if they Keycard spawns by other perks Let me know.
