IF YOU EXPERIENCE LAG ONCE YOU DOWNLOADED THIS, READ THIS.
If that happens, just follow these steps. It's a workaround for the modders. In the meantime, I'll see if I can try to find the solution myself. I'm not good at these sort of things so I'll do my best.

Find the voicepack under "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500" and delete the "Content\\\(This Mod Title)_ModShaderCache.upk" file

I personally have the "framerates dropping" issue, and I'm thinking that I need to go and delete the ModShaderCache.upks for all my voicepacks. All ~15+ of them D:

EDIT: That said, I did have this problem WAY before I installed this mod, so it is a problem with all of the other mods I'm using.

Ah, I understand. Since you had this problem beforehand, I THINK it's because some of your mods may be conflicting. If you have LW2 installed, I believe there's a compatibility guide here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/128xHU4ZyB7pxQiFZxVoUinpxLzpiUPXql7Co_-oybX8/edit

I don't have LW2, and most of the mod conflicts that I'm seeing with the Alt. Mod Launcher seem to be screen listeners. Of course, this is why I'm doing test runs :D
