Hello; Could someone help me with a problem?

Hey Everybody. I recently installed Cavelli Realism mod but was saddened to find that when I try starting up the game I just get a green field of what looks like the grass texture. Does anybody else have this problem and if so is there a way to fix it?

At this time no. Until the creator updates the mod to work with the latest patch, the mod is dead in the water.
