Even with grind colour set and opposition colour on other side of colour table the Build and repairs are grinding everything and they are only building/ maintaining blocks that were on grid prior to BNR placement. will not build blueprints. issue displayed on server

Yes i have tried updating the mod
Yes i have tried different colour's
Yes i have tried grind before weld, weld before grind and grinding only.

Faction Peace treaty ignorance: only way to not destroy other's build's is to set BNR to welding only [yes i am aware of the damage API missing comparability]
