Is it a bug or a feature?

I want to place blocks to start building a ship with large blocks, but zhe nanobots keep on grinding these blocks down( it doesent care if its a armor block or landing gear ).

So is it normal and there is a option to turn it of (or a trick), or is it a bug

yes they remove blocks without power. so take the units off and build a battery. sorry for a late answer
